I had an issue with my instructor 5 months ago, and I contacted them. Yes, they took so long to find another instructor, but it was absolutely worth that waiting time. TERRY I’m so lucky to have him as my instructor. I think he’s the best in Canada, not only Alberta. I tried two instructors before him, but he’s different. His teaching style amazes me. He’s not only teaching but also explaining, giving reasons and examples, and making it so easy to understand. THANK YOU SO MUCH.
Good
Overall an adequate establishment but I was not impressed by the quality of driver examiner on a driver's test a couple of years ago. Granted the road conditions were very poor and treacherous, freshly coated in ice without sand or salt. However, it seemed clear that the examiner did not grow up in a country with snow or ice. Hauling up on the hand brake, while the vehicle was already sliding, is a poor response to the situation. Noted that the student was not experienced or skilled for the conditions either.
Great experience that made me feel confident in driving. Sherrie is an amazing teacher! She made me feel comfortable and confident with the driving maneuvers and right ways of driving. I’ll be recommending her to everyone in need of a driving teacher!!
