Short staffed so often phone not answered.
The repair turned out great, and they even washed the car before handing it back—kudos to them. The only issue was that it was delivered a day later than scheduled, which threw off my plans for using the car. That’s why I’m giving it for 4 starts. ；P

If I could give zero stars I would! Terrible company to deal with repairs. Always have an excuse as to why the car wasn’t ready . They do not respond when they say do! Still waiting for a return call from the new manager, Cameron, who said he was a bit busy. I can see AMA going into receivership very soon.. Not to mention the rude receptionist, Paige, who scoffs at you over the phone when you ask questions she doesn’t like or cannot answer. The work these guys do is trash. Don't go there. They did not tighten up battery terminals. Great fun on motorway when car stops. Paint bad. Dirt in it and clear over. Bonnet hinges not done up. Scraped badge off and clear over. Gaps all over the place. Rattles. Put on the wrong new bull bar. The list goes on. It's RACQ. RECOMENDED as well
