This is a very efficient and streamlined service to use.
Very disappointed with the service. They replaced my undamaged rear window metal seal with a rubber one without my authorization. Additionally, the rear right door still doesn't open/close properly after the repair. When I raised these issues upon picking up the car, they promised to order the correct parts and contact me to fix both problems. It has now been almost 2 months, and no one has followed up. Completely unprofessional and poor communication.

AMA have had my vehicle for 5 1/2 months! I have gotten a text from them every month with an excuse of why it will take another month. Usually because of a “delay getting the parts”. My vehicle is a very common Toyota, and all that needs replacing are side panels. I will be going there in person this week if it’s not finished as promised. After seeing the below reviews, I dread finding it mishandled, not clean, not finished, etc. 5 1/2 months! My poor insurance has been paying for a rental car for me all that time!
Unfortunately, my overall experience with this repair centre was extremely disappointing, particularly when it came to the quality of the repairs, delays and communication. My vehicle was originally sent to the centre following an accident. The repairs experienced multiple delays, and when we initially went to collect the vehicle, the paintwork had been poorly executed and was the wrong colour.
