Firstly, the owner is very quick to respond. I had a lot of questions & she was patient, kind, & informative. The first picture was what I asked for. She was a very QUICK braider. She let me know is had to stop for a minute & she still completed my braids in an extremely reasonable time frame. I was little concerned with the amount but the work speaks for into self.
