After the appliance store where I purchased all of my home appliances two years ago told me they were too busy to service my dishwasher that wasn't working properly, I reached out to AMA. They offered several scheduling options, one of which was within two days of my call. On the day of my appointment, Blake, the technician, called, as promised, 10 minutes before arriving at my house. Blake was courteous, professional, and efficient, and repaired my dishwasher which is now working like new!
