Great service.
I had a very disappointing experience at AMA Insurance in Camrose. I went there for auto and home insurance quotes, and unfortunately the service from Peta and the lady beside her made me feel very unwelcome both times I visited. The first time, I arrived around 5:00 PM knowing the office closes at 5:30 PM. Even though there was still time before closing, I clearly felt like my presence was an inconvenience because they seemed more focused on preparing to leave than helping a customer.
