Very disturbing when you have to stay on hold for almost an to try and get service. Very poor system and makes we think twice if I really want to do business with this company.
Misfortune to travel to Camrose for vehicle insurance. Agent extremely poor customer interaction. Poor knowledge. Was like pulling teeth to get information. Answers were vague. Had to ask 3 times to confirm what she said. Evasive unhelpful..appeared unwilling to provide quotes. Left extremely frustrated. Icing on cake she said we can't get motorhome insurance because we are 75 yrs. Old. age discrimination????
Horrible customer service. We drove in from Wainwright in order to avoid the two hour phone wait. Upon entering, it was quite busy. Understandable. What wasn’t understandable is that after standing at the front desk for 8 minutes without any acknowledgment I had to ask a woman at another desk if anyone was working at the desk. She said no there wasn’t. She then told us to “just stand there and I’ll be with you in a few minutes”. She seemed a little irritated but approached after a few minutes asking what we needed. Ripoff $248 dollar premium and about $500 down for a $2900 dollar car with liability only, no accidents or duis, no claims and 2 demerits (1 ticket in my entire history of about 20 years. Then they call me and say that they’re going to have to increase the rate because they can’t find any history. So now I’m on another wild goose chase or kicking them to the curb, horrible first experience. My option: don’t waste your time or money at AMA!!
