The insurance agents are not available for their customers. Several customers have come in and talked about being on hold for hours and having trouble with the website. The wait in person is 1.5-2 hours.
Took my drivers test today, and passed!! The instructor Karan was very knowledgeable, calm, and kind. He didn’t intimidate me or project a nervous vibe, so I could focus on the road. Would highly recommend him. Very pleased with the service @ AMA!
