Tried contact with this company today! Waited in line more 4 hours, 4! And no answer!!! Hateful experience! Called td and bought from they!

No one answers the phones, always experiencing higher than normal call volumes…just keep waiting on the phone only to hung up later and go with your life !
I wish I could put 0 stars - Don’t waste your time on tenant insurance. I filled out the online quote (picture above) showing me $229 per year for basic tenant insurance, and I checked “no” when asked if I have a membership. I then waited for over 2 hours on hold to buy the insurance because if you’re not a member you can’t purchase it online.
