10/10 locked my keys out of my car at 10 pm which means ama was already off- but thankfully AMIL INVICTUS came and helped me out. Very very grateful!
My experience with AMA Insurance has been extremely disappointing. First, it takes far too long to get connected with an agent. After finally reaching someone, I was assigned an adjuster, but despite emailing her multiple times, I never received a response. The lack of communication and customer service throughout the claims process was frustrating and unacceptable. Great service provided by Amil Invictus , Had a battery replacement done for my friend and while doing so , My friends vehicle caught on fire not because of the service but the vehicle has some serious issue. Amil acted out right away to fight the fire and immediately grabbed a fire extinguisher. Battery is replaced and we will look further in the vehicle.
