The customer service at Ama now is very atrocious, it's literally impossible to get an agent by phone, the online booking system doesn't work, long wait time when you go in person. It was not like this before and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I've been on hold this week for over 6 hours.... I've literally been dealt with in 5 minutes. This is absolutely ridiculous. Called separate days and still the same thing. There's no way hundreds of people are calling at the same time all the time. Not a chance.
Going on 2 hours waiting to talk to an insurance advisor to get my rental insurance changed. AMA sucks
