Do yourself a favour and just call for insurance questions. 3rd time coming in and always have to wait over an hour to speak to anyone! Even with an appointment, they make you wait an unreasonable amount of time. no respect for your time!
Absolutley gross service uneducated agents strugling to get things done , running around asking eachother questions to the issues they are running into while trying to help waiting customers . Very un organized and un professional . Too busy making chit chat instead of working
I just passed my road test with one of the best driving instructors ever. Karan valued my safety but also made the atmosphere of what I drove in welcoming, comfortable, respectful and always brightened the mood. He is very understanding and kind and anyone would be extremely lucky to have him during a road test!
Very shitty service stayed on the phone for over 2 hours only to not be able to talk to anyone and they expect you to wait over 1 week just to speak to someone for a half hour where the conversation can be done in less then 15 minutes. Complete waste of time and shitty service
Wait times for insurance at this location are always unreasonably long. They never have enough advisors on shift to deal with the afternoon rush. On top of that half the advisors that are here are helping phone customers!!
