Ill change this to a 5 star reviews after getting approved for insurance, but why is it going to take a month to approve. That part is absolutely ridiculous considering it is really affecting my life being unable to drive for a month now.
The worst service I’ve ever seen ! The people over the phone are liars ! They say something totally wrong, they don’t care about people. AVOID THEM ABSOLUTELY
Easily the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Make a simple change on the account and you’re answering a million questions about everything other than what you’re trying to deal with. Start with decent pricing but they just go totally stupid. On top the millions of questions which you answer all of a sudden you get a questionnaire in the mail which doesn’t make sense so you call the number to get some clarification but unless you have 8 hours to sit and listen to crap on their phone you’re not talking to anyone.
