If you’re getting car insurance, don’t deal with Dale. You won’t get a good price, and he is not willing to work with you. He was a bit pushy and condescending, I had enough and left. I called other brokers who quoted me a significantly discounted premium.
AMA is company that I will never deal with again after being with them for 20years of car insurance I miss one payment and they cancel my insurance on me without even a word from them . I think of all the money I’ve given them and the time I spent being a customer of there’s they treat me like this . I’m insulted buy this . Hope people in Alberta see this and think twice about dealing with them . Thank for reply but no thanks , I done with ama I have nothing good to say about ama quite the opposite.
I've been with AMA for a long time, and had my first accidental late fee in ten years. AMA decided to cancel my auto insurance policy completely, and when I was quoted for a new one, the cost is almost 40$ more/month. Not to mention the inconvenience of needing to get a new policy at all, or trying to talk to anyone at all about what happened. Any other place would have charged a late fee and gone about their day. I'm very unimpressed, but it's a great opportunity to look for a different auto insurance.

I would give a 0 star review if I could. Being a customer since my first vehicle in 2006. Customer service was never an issue, getting through to speak to a person was never an issue. Within the last 2 years the business customer service (not the people that you speak to in the call center) has plummeted. Sitting in hold for up to 2 and half hours to get through to adjust insurance to a new vehicle. Waiting 3 days for a call back for an house insurance quote.
