Not worth it anymore. It's supposed to be road side assistance/ help. When you phone, then have to download an app to get help in the middle of a crises!! You are stressed, in a stressful situation etc. and you have to download an app and schedule help, are you kidding me!!! Make sure you don't say you are on a mobile phone to actual get the help that you paid for.
Crowfoot location always appears to be very busy. Large line ups and the wait is very long for assistance. Once you finally get assistance the staff are great. Totally understaffed. Very frustrating having a membership and they can't be bothered to staff the location properly.
I want to sincerely thank AMA Crowfoot for their outstanding service. From start to finish, every staff member I interacted with was friendly, respectful, and incredibly helpful. I took my road test at this location, and although I faced a few setbacks, the experience remained positive throughout. On my first attempt, I wasn’t aware that my temporary insurance had expired. Got off work went to pay home insurance two hour wait .our time has value as well,
automated nonsense- unsympathetic agents and an app that’s great for travel tips but couldn’t give a damn if your broke down. ama should be ashamed! i will be leaving!
