I needed to pay my insurance bill but didn't have my phone with me. The sign said to scan a code or that an associate would be glad to help. I waited for an hour and finally asked a woman at reception, named Leigh or something like that, for assistance. She told me that I had to scan the code or go to the customer service desk. 2023: Alejandro was incredibly quick on response when I needed assistance with my tire. A nail had gotten into my front tire on the drivers side, and he was very helpful with his knowledge and skills for helping assess my tires. He is professional and very approachable. 10/10 would recommend AMA and Alejandro again easily.
