Don't be fooled when you see 5 people behind the registry stations. Chances are only 2 will be dealing with people - the others are busy with screen work / paper work, etc. Do they need more staff? Long wait times.
This place is so chronically understaffed that it's always a gong show. No matter the day of the week, be prepared to wait 45 minutes in line just to get to a registry agent, and 20 - 30 minutes just to speak to someone in travel services. Some staff are great--the bespectacled bearded guy in Registries (Brett?) stands out as someone who enjoys the public and enjoys his job. He gives great customer services.
