Eddie Rodrigues is the guy to go! He went above and beyond to help us get the right insurance, even working past his regular hours to make sure everything was taken care of. He made us feel truly valued as clients and explained everything clearly throughout the process. Highly recommend Eddie if you’re looking for someone who genuinely cares and goes the extra mile!
The staff are friendly, but the customer service could be improved. One staff member is too chatty. Instead of being friendly and efficient he would consistently go beyond friendly small talk, unnecessarily protracting conversations, discussing his personal life etc. You could tell people just wanted to be served so they could go on about their day. Why it takes like forever for someone to answer your phone? I have been on wait ffor 2 hours! Can you at least have a call back options?!! My goodness! Hire more human beings than robots!
