Customer service was terrible Oct 31 2025x Waited in line for over 30 mins with only 3 people at the customer service counters. The the female worker said she couldn’t help me. Didn’t even try. Went there to book a road test. Drove into Edmonton to a different AMA. Sherwood Park, if I could give you zero I would.
Incredible experience with AMA. Had rhe pleasure of being assisted by Petrina Slager who was very professional and friendly. Knowledgeable and efficient! Thank you, Petrina, you made standing in a long line worth it.
