One staff, can't remember the name was excellent, very helpful and knowledgeable in all aspects of the services they can offer. This is when I first visited the branch. All the rest after that, they talk very loud that the whole courtyard can hear. As a member, I did not feel valued. I felt like they are asking for recognition that they are there helping me with what I need. But, they are there because of the paying members that needed the services. I had to come to AMA twice for different reasons. I'm dealing with an injury and walking with walking sticks. On both occasions the staff were very helpful, they were kind, efficient and very knowledgeable. Their set up outside was also very user friendly with a canopy and a ramp. KUDOS to AMA.
