Sunridge location has got worth every year and today was terrible need to pay for policy it was so busy I went to talk to someone at Insurance counter to find out if could pay online to find you don’t have anyone at counter any more the security girl came over and told me I have to wait for someone to be free with about 20 people in front of me I left and went to south location found friendly staff and in and out in 5 min you need to replace most of the staff in Sunridge with decent people
My niece went to this office and there was a mistake in the system so they would not give her a road test but they took her money and refused to give her the test or return her money. This young lady was spoken to rudely and repeatedly talked down to, refused to let her speak with the supervisor. She went to another registry and they straightened everything out for her in ten minutes. AMA SUNRIDGE HAS WORST SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED. Let me start by saying that I am not one to complain, I am a highly anxious person and this situation has left me in such disarray I just couldn’t let it go. I have been driving with a learners license for just under 3 years. I booked a road test and payed the $165 fee online.
