Very poor customer service - felt like I was a huge burden on them and all I needed to do was transfer a license plate to a new vehicle. Was also disappointed that even though I have been a long time member there is a service fee...

Trying to make an appointment with an insurance agent. Requires staying on hold for 1 hour to even book. Showing up requires booking an appointment and waiting 30 minutes to 1 hour. Trying to book an appointment online requires you to login, select one of the six agents, and finding that none of them are available for a week. Honestly the customer service of AMA has gotten so bad over the past years I am just going to move everything to another agency.
Worst customer service. Was not greeted upon entry even when I went right up to the reception desk. A simple head nod or acknowledgement would do. I then went to ask about getting placards for my company and the woman I requested this form immediately tried to shut me down and claim it wasn’t impossible. She probably assumed I could not be a business owner. After persisting and informing her the manager of my company called in, she finally realized that they do indeed give out placards to companies.
