I can not express enough how amazing our experience at AMA Red Deer was. From the front desk to registry services, my daughter’s driving test examiner. Lianne the examiner was so patient, kind and explained everything. She made my daughter feel confident and comfortable. Thank you AMA Red Deer.
We called in advance to make sure we had the right paper work. The lady on the phone told us that we needed to get something stamped from the bank first. So we went to the bank and did that. When we arrived at ama the woman said quite curtly, "we can't accept this, I don't know who you talked to, but we can't take this." No further attempt to help. Obviously people here don't know what's going on. So frustrating and infuriating.
One of the most incompetent organizations in Canada. - employees are rude - employees forget to update their system with new insurance details - employees forget to update the status of a registration payment Just such a high degree of incompetent employees I would never reccommend AMA to anyone.
*DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY* I took my girlfriends car to work because she wanted to something special for me and clean my truck. While she was cleaning she must of hit the lock button and she accidentally locked the keys inside. She messaged me at work and told me her situation. I laughed and took the situation lightly because I have AMA "the best roadside assistance".
