First time at ama and I am impressed! It’s large and spacious. They do a lot more than road side services - I had no idea. Saw that they did registry services so I stood in line. The gentleman at reception asked me what help I needed and when I heard the service I was after he was able to get me to a separate counter to expedite the service. 2 people working at the registry service counter on a Saturday. Enough said.
Saturday 1130am and only two of the five wickets are staffed for registry services. Both extremely slow moving and waiting several times for a third persons help (supervisor?) In between helping the two employees the third person avoided eye contact or communicating with anyone in the line up of at least 8-10 people waiting for service. 3 hours on hold and counting. unacceptable, worst customer service there is and will be looking to switch providers
