AMA is actually pretty good. The new AI phone system they are forcing on members to save call center cost is slow and after it confirmed the right address with me for a tow, it sent the driver to a totally different location in the city. Just use real people. My experience with the actual people how work at AMA is always great.
I've had to use a few tows and the drivers are always such helpful people. I usually have the same experience when using other AMA services, such as registry. And the auto renewal of your registration is very very useful.
