Absolutely ridiculous, I have called numerous times, and have been left on hold with an average of over 2 hours. Completely unacceptable. I work out of town and cannot go to their place of business. Anytime I have gone there they are never busy enough to have something like this happen. Will be leaving this company entirely for insurance and everything else of the like.
Waiting on hold for an hour anytime you call is not great, especially when you’re a member. I have to go in whenever I need to make a change which is very inconvenient, will be moving insurance. They used to be very good.
Awful awful awful service. Spent the last 4 days on hold for an hour each time just to make changes to my policy which is time sensitive! Even made an appointment and didn't even bother to call!! Done with AMA!
Won't assist with your drivers licence unless you're an AMA member.... seems culty.
