2+ hour wait for a plate renewal? Good thing the other registry in Shawnessy got me through in 20 mins. (And I don't pay them 200$ a year in membership fees)
We stood in line for over an hour, it didn’t move. Someone went to the wrong line and, after 15 minutes, was taken to the head of our line. There were 6 people ahead of us who had been waiting for almost 2 hours. There was one staff member dealing with license related services. This reflects poor training as well as poor management and scheduling.
We were there today, during their renos. We were told the wait would be an hour. It was much longer with no updates or customer service. People were sitting for much longer than an hour in a hot parking lot. One staff member in particular was just incredibly rude to people. People were frustrated and she honestly made everyone even angrier. Youngish, long blonde hair. She desperately needs deescalation and customer service training. Impressed with the management of people, even in their reduced capacity they have due to the renovation. Even under the hot tents, their candor and attitude was well tuned to the conditions. It took just under an hour to get registered, and to start writing the class 7 exam. They do need something done with their network connection in the trailers though. To expect them to work with speeds no faster than dialup is ridiculous.
Nice location always quick service, offers all registry related services, International driver license and travel insurance
