Cannot reach anyone at this location, 3rd day (in a row this week alone, not counting other weeks we’ve tried since November) being on hold for our insurance for 6+hours. Would love a phone number we can just contact someone to talk to about our policy. There’s only touch tone, no option online to book an appointment. No responds to our emails, how are we supposed to renew or change our policy if no one answers, ever?

Paid for top tier driving instruction in the summer. Driver instructor missed two sessions. AMA finally rescheduled them months later in December with the same instructor. When the instructor didn't show up we reached out to the instructor. The instructor stated he hadn't worked with AMA since October. Absolutely abysmal service - and that's if you have two memberships in the house.
Had an issue with my vehicle and went here for help. Kiel was amazing and called roadside assistance for me while my phone was stuck in my car. If you ever need any assistance this location and it’s staff are amazing.
I came in today with some questions about my insurance. Kiel was knowledgeable and helpful. I came in expecting to wait 30 minutes and Kiel helped me right away.
