Every staff there were so gentle and nicely care about my asking, i contacted with Euijin Roh and asked so many things about insurance She never get in stress and never lose a smile while i were with her :) Thanks so much hers kindness as well
Nice people, and usually good service, but why the heck do you only have one person working the registry? There's thousands of people looking for jobs - surely AMA could afford to hire more staff. C'mon you guys, you're slipping here. Edit: So here I am the next morning, and there's a huge queue, and only three people working on registry. There are six stations, so no idea why AMA doesn't get a clue and hire more people. Ridiculous. I fully expect a long lineup at the end of the month, but not on the 9th. Staff are slow and untrained. They had 4 agents working, but 3 of them huddled to help 1 customer because no one knew what they were doing. Meanwhile 20 people in waiting list.
I regret paying to be a member. Since AMA has moved to Wesbrook mall it's impossible to get an appointment. you can no longer walk in. impossible just to do simple registry services. Need to book months in advance! Not good.
