Very disappointed with AMA Insurance. Poor communication, inconsistent information, and a frustrating experience from start to finish. It also ended up costing us extra money due to misinformation. We felt completely messed around and the customer service was very poor.
I honestly can’t believe how unprofessional AMA was today. I spent over two hours on hold waiting to speak with someone, finally got through to Aaliyah, and still didn’t even receive the quote I was calling about. Completely unacceptable. After that long wait, you would expect some level of efficiency or follow-through. Instead, I was left with no quote, no clear answers, and a total waste of my time. The customer service experience with AMA is great. They greet me with a smile, good communication, very friendly, and supportive. There customer service is fantastic and would greatly recommend anyone to this company.
I went their to get my learners test done, witnessed a women deny a man his driving lesson because he was "late", but in reality he was already waiting in line. I believe it was racial remark because he was black.
