I have a moody 2013 VW Passat TDI. We took it to Bill about two weeks ago with a suspected alternator issue. Bill and my husband discussed possibilities of the issue, and agreed the alternator to be replaced. Long story short, it was NOT the alternator but a fault in the wiring system. I got a flat tire around the corner from this shop. I walked the two minutes to AM42 and told Bill my situation and he was kind enough to walk me to my car and change my tire for me.
