I got a flat tire around the corner from this shop. I walked the two minutes to AM42 and told Bill my situation and he was kind enough to walk me to my car and change my tire for me. He was super kind and worked quickly and I was back on the road in no time. Excellent service:) See picture attached.
I found AM42 through a Google search, about a year ago. I have a 2013 Volkswagen Passat TDI, I was having difficulties finding a mechanic to work on a diesel engine. I brought it here and met Bill. He is an amazing human, to say the least. Bill has been nothing but honest and trustworthy. He actually made me study my car to learn the maintenance it requires. He most recently fixed a problem with my DEF fluid, changed my gear box oil and changed my timing belt. I will add, I had no idea my timing belt should have been changed... read more
Came in with 2 issues. Mechanic (Bill) seemed nice at first, but after 10 days and over $2000, did not resolve either issue. 1st issue was fixed for approximately 3 days and then came back worse (loud creaking noise from back wheels). Other issue seemed not addressed at all (loose exhaust pipe). When I returned to pay the remaining balance, I notified the mechanic that the issues were still there, the mechanic got angry and accused me of trying to scam him out of the money still owed.
