I agree with Tina Coladda! This bank is the amateur hour. Their website is a nightmare and the customer service is just as awful. Stay away from Flagstar It’s a failing bank They were better as Amtrust. This branch in Surfside is so bad and very poorly managed
This is the WORST bank in the entire universe, I swear. I can’t even begin to count how many login issues I’ve had to go through. a gazillion! Their website is constantly broken and shows all sorts of errors. It’s almost impossible to reach anyone by phone, and when you finally do, the representatives have poor english and are completely useless and incompetent. The $400 bonus I received was NOT worth the immense frustration and time wasted. DO NOT DO IT!!!

I recently opened an account at Flagstar at the Surfside location. Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They told me about any fees and account minimums that seemed standard to me. So far, so good!
During our recent trip to Miami, we unfortunately had a car accident in front of this bank. My story doesn't have to do with their financial services..it's about the employees of this bank. They were very kind to my family. (Provide pizza, ice and access to a phone) They are amazing people and we are very grateful. Thanks again for everything :) The Beaudry family
