I recently opened an account at Flagstar at the Surfside location. Everyone was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They told me about any fees and account minimums that seemed standard to me. So far, so good!
During our recent trip to Miami, we unfortunately had a car accident in front of this bank. My story doesn't have to do with their financial services..it's about the employees of this bank. They were very kind to my family. (Provide pizza, ice and access to a phone) They are amazing people and we are very grateful. Thanks again for everything :) The Beaudry family

I opened an account 2 weeks ago and the manager and Nelly were extremelly nice . the staff is very professional and pleasent . As soon as I walked in they all said hello and made me feel welcome .
