Excellent customer service! I was broken down near Hampton and they towed me quickly back to the shop and diagnosed the problem. They made sure I was comfortable during the wait, and even stayed past hours to help me. No attempts to misdirect me about what was going on with my vehicle. Very trustworthy and good company, give them your business!
A+ service! Car broke down due to bad gas from a nearby Gas Station and no one was around or open because it was a Sunday. A local put us in touch with them and they sent a two truck immediately to get us off I95. Eddie the driver ended up taking us on a three hour trip back to Charlotte. Reasonable rate, super clean truck for my family of 4 to ride in and he had so many good stories to tell that my kids didn’t pick up their iPads once during the entire trip backs. They got me in when I was in a pinch, and handled the repairs I needed quickly and efficiently. Would recommend these guys to anybody that needs work done, or even just a good conversation!
Fast and great service, serviced truck like it should be done, didn't have to worry about something not getting done, over being over charged.
