Andrea did a phenomenal job with my 'biscotti brown' hair that I desperately wanted to be blonde. She truly listened to me and my requests and did a fantastic job! I used the Groupon with no issue and will be returning ASAP! So glad to have found her!
I have been going to Andrea for about five years now and every time I love it! My hair always comes out great and she always does exactly what I want. Her studio is at a great location right off the parkway and she has great prices. I’m sure I will enjoy her services many more years to come!💇🏼♀️
From the beginning my experience with Andrea was unpleasant. I purchased a Groupon fro Highlights or Blayage, Haircut and Gloss and when I called to make the appointment she demanded I give her the redemption code so she could redeem it 24 hrs BEFORE the appointment. She had me come in at 730, I get there early and have to wait outside for her to show up 3 minutes late. When she finally starts on my hair she was rude and didnt listen to what I wanted at all.
