Had to have electrician come out because power was flickering. Ended up replacing the main panel. When the electrician opened up the wall they found improper wiring. All of panel to panel wiring, according to code, should have been through electrical conduits. They just fished the wires through the wall which would not have passed code if the inspector had seen it.
