I booked through this company for a move out clean of my 2 bedroom unit. The booking process was great (hence the one star) They were supposed to guarantee return of bond. The clean was unsatisfactory and my real estate were not going to return my bond unless it was re-done, or I paid their cleaner to do the job again. After 4 emails and 2 unanswered phone calls, I am still yet to receive a reply from Monika (the cleaner) and AM cleaning services.
