Went in Monday morning for a tire repair, as I had a slow leak from a screw in the tread. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Very hospitable and helpful. The gentleman also informed me that I'd need to change one of my tires in a bit, which I, admittedly, haven't been pay much attention to.
We're from out of town and had no idea how we were going to fix our flat. Found this shop, got right in, and was all around blown away. If we lived around here we'd definitely be coming back and referring anyone we know to Dustin.
Called several time to get an estimate and was told they are busy and would get back to me. Called the next day and was told it’s halfway done and would call me back when it was done. 4 days later still haven’t heard from them must be nice to be able to blow off your customers and not return their calls. Find another mechanic that will treat you better. Maybe they should get someone else who can do a better job on estimates.
