Long wait times, disorganized, office deliveries, wrong forms, cell phone registration. People who have fevers are hacking all over the office. No air purifier or sign asking people to wear a mask if sick. Excited for this to be here, but disappointed so far. Haven't seen a doctor yet....still waiting. Update: the PA, JK (i think) was kind, patient amd thoughtful. I added a star for the interaction with him. Overall, staff was kind.

Do not trust this clinic if you are traveling or visiting from out of the country with international visitor insurance. My 61-year-old mother came here needing urgent medical care. We presented a valid insurance policy that explicitly operates on the UnitedHealthcare Options PPO network. I found i needed my inhaler yesterday and today which is unusual. I saw Dr. Park...very nice, professional and friendly. He ordered medication for my nebulizer, which is what I knew I needed. Made appt. At 5:00 for 5:30...got there at 5:25,.saw dr. At 6 pm. Not too bad. I went there in November 2025 also. I recommend it. Good staff

Had an appointment as soon as they Opened, going on 6 hours later and they haven’t even called the pharmacy for the prescription. So happy I really needed the antibiotics 🤦‍♂️
