They are the worst had me waiting for an hour just for them to cancel. I don’t understand how AAA has them as a towing company. They are unprofessional and rude

Yesterday evening it was necessary for me to contact AAA for an emergency tow. AAA has told me it would be about an hour before a tow driver/worker would be available but to my surprise he was there within 20 minutes of my original call. Christian "X-Ray" was the driver who was dispatched, and I am so thankful for the effort he placed on the call. He could tell I was stressed and assured me he was going to do everything possible to make sure I got home safely. I truly believed he was God sent. He remained calmed and was able... read more
