I had to place a last-minute call on Halloween afternoon about some work that came up when we were redoing our roof. Scott called me back just before the end of day and help me to troubleshoot a problem right over the phone. This could have easily turned into a full-blown service call. We had found a random pipe that was old looking and vented outside. I literally sent Scott a picture on my phone of the issue and he reassured me that the problem was benign. I've been calling AM/PM plumbing for many years for help with plumbing needs in our 1880's home. They are always prompt to answer and prompt to schedule, right away for the rare emergency and conveniently soon for problems that don't need an urgent response. They are always friendly and get the job done quickly. They take time to answer my questions and offer advice and alternatives when appropriate. I highly recommend AM/PM. Oh, by the way, prices are very reasonable.
