Always solves the problem efficiently and the prices are comparable to others. Doesn't try to talk you into unnecessary repairs.
World Best of the Best It was 3:00 A.M. Sunday morning 11/07/2010. I called Am-Pm to inform them that my control panel was not working therefore I had NO heat. It took Steve less than an hour to come to My Fair Lady Bed and Breakfast to look and fix the serious heating system problem. Not Happy Paid $7000 to have new carrier heat pump installed (replaced trane unit).The owner seemed nice at first but after he got the money,things slowed down,his attitude changed,his men(great crew)did good job,I just had major operation,it was hot summer,had 70 stitches,the carrier unit would not cool the house below 85,the sweat running on my stitches was painful,called the owner,he kept making excuses and saying the unit was working great and it took a year for him to come back out(I had to call carrier before getting r... read more
Theives and unprofessional! Well, Strike 1) They charged me twice for fuel purchased once. Strike 2) The manager wouldn't talk to me - He said, "Call Arco Customer Relations - 1-800-322-2726. When I was informed that the station was owned locally by a franchisee, I now had to reach back out to the Store Manager (the owner?!?) - So I took out that morning's "Cup-of-Joe" (Coffee) receipt, and called the local number - 425-882-8586 - NO GO!! cheap but bad quality I think they put something in their gas because whenever I buy from them my car, new, stars making weird noises. It's cheap but not worth getting a new engine or whatever. I don't want to accuse just something I noticed. I haven't been there for a while hopefully they changed the quality. PROS: cheap CONS: bad
