used them to change brand new water heater & owner decided to read my messages for future plumbing issues and doesn’t respond but reads the texts. will tell you now from a customer who spends thousands with you. will not recommend your company to anyone i know or any home warranty. owner is Jose by the way. you should never have service like that as an owner. Jose and his team did a great job installing my shower. They left the area clean at the end of each work day and were exceptionally polite. The estimate was divided into phases, which was on target. No surprises! I’m a very happy customer. I would recommend A & M to do your plumbing work.

We had an Emergency!!! My downstairs toilet and tub were backing up and overflowing into our living room with sewage waste! I was able to stop the overflow and clean the mess but I needed someone out there Fast to diagnose what happened and fix the issue so we could use water again!
