We recently purchased a Regal 23 OBX after much research (and exploring many local boat shows). We could not be more satisfied with the expertise and the customer service this company had provided. Tom delivered our boat to our marina and spent an entire day educating us on all we needed to know and didn’t leave until we were comfortable. He never made us feel rushed, he was knowledgeable, professional and SO nice!
We purchased our boat from Tom and Lisa at AMPM from over 1000 miles away. We never physically saw the boat or sea trialed her. Tom and Lisa are what you would call "good people" whose word actually means something. The day the boat went onto the transporter (it was wrapped and protected brilliantly) Tom let me know there was a small issue with the bimini but he had a new one arranged to be delivered to us. Well where do I start!!!! I have bought 2 Regals from AM PM. My 1st was a brand new 28 express and my wife trade up this year to a 32 express. I can not say enough about the team at AM PM Marine. They are hands down the best period. I would never buy another boat anywhere else. Tom and Lisa will do anything to make you feel special. Once you purchase a boat new or used they treat you like family. They will go out of there way to make sure you are happy! I would never return my boat here for service. Two attempts to repair my motor--still did not work but was charged.... placed my boat in the water and drove it for several miles without replacing the drain plug... misplaced my records, and then did not bill me for three years.. 17 days to get my trailer off the storage race. Find somewhere else.
