Mike did an emergency service call after out unit went out in frigid weather. The furnace was giving a very specific code which we informed Mike about (code 6 for pressure switch), information which he blatantly disregarded. He proceeded to do regular maintenance on the furnace such as cleaning rust and dust away and checking that no hoses were clogged. He spent 2.5 hours looking at it, mostly talking and was unable to fix the issue. He had us look up YouTube videos to help him figure out how to test the circuit board. Then ... read more
