I gave Malcolm a deposit of 50% two months ago and he never did the work. Now he’s been avoiding my messages. If he can’t do the work he should issue a refund. Not just disappear with 50% of the money.
After having a wonderful conversation making my appointment I thought I was feeling with the same person I had dealt with before however this is the number that they gave me and it matched the number I had in my phone and he simply never showed up never never answered my call to this day has not returned my calls don't know what happened I hope all is well with him
SCAM COMPANY. AM PM GLASS LLC, aka the sole owner Malcom Harris had a contract with my elderly mother on April 19 to install 2 kitchen windows within 6 weeks, 4 months pass by and Malcom dosen't answer phone calls, text messages and you can't even leave him a voicemail because his mailbox is full. At first he was eager to take the job but then only he responded twice within the 4 months to give excuses. Eventually we finally got a response from him and asked for a refund for the promised work to hire someone else for the job... read more
Malcolm saves me lots of $$ by repairing 9 windows which had broken seals versus replacement.
As promised ,got the glass installed for my broken window in 7-10 business days after estimating and measuring, and it happened exactly as it is. Thank you for your nice and quick job!
