Had some issues at the beginning with Daniel in the beginning, but Chad stepped in and truly took care of business. I was very impressed with the professionalism Chad showed and how he made sure everything was handled properly. Most businesses don’t call you back to make things right, but Chad really cares about his customers and his business. That says a lot. I do disagree with the $250 hr for 1 man service tech. Unethical Business Practices – Beware We contacted this company for a quote and were asked to send photos, which we did. A few hours later, we received a quote via text. We replied with a follow-up question and received an automatic message stating they were closed for the day. To our surprise, the following morning, a technician showed up at our property without an appointment and without our consent to proceed with any work. We were not home at the time. Very professional company they complete all work in a timely manner
I need to speak up. Please read other reviews. This company is the absolute most unprofessional and unethical to deal with, and do inferior work for the rates they charge. After they made several attempts at repairs when a tenant hit the driveway gate, Kelvin the owner told me on the phone that he wished he had "never taken the call", I was "a pain in his ass", and made a derogatory comment about the "Israeli" at Xtra Care Garage who provided a second opinion when the gate repairs AM/PM made weren't completed to satisfaction... read more
