Great food. Pricey though
It wasn't busy, service was pretty slow until others patrons came in. My chicken parm was terrible. One chicken breast was burnt and dry. Looked like chicken jerky. The other piece was very dry. Couldn't eat it. Asked if r no tomatoes on my salad..there were tomatoes. Also, never got butter with the rolls. At least the mozzarella sticks and Alfredo were good! I ALWAYSSS stop here every time I come to Florence. The pizza is the bomb! I want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Melissa at the counter. She was an absolute delight!!! And gave the best service! 10/10
