My dietitian was Julia C. Julia‘s knowledge & support along with her enthusiasm helped me meet my nutritional needs. She always was ready & available to answer my questions or concerns and followed up with the necessary tools to help me reach my goals! Thank you so much Julia! I’m going to miss working with you!

My dietician has continuously supported me for the past year and I am very grateful to have Brittany Zaharopoulos discuss healthy meal plans with me. The doctor gave a meal plate portion diagram. Checked my weight and that was the basis of the appointment. I never was recommended checking my vitamin intake levels never recommended doing bloodwork to check my iron levels hormones
