Gates opened at 630am, started unloading me by 7am-ish. Checked out an hour later. Desk workers very helpful and friendly, knew of services near by when I asked about trailer washout. Had parking in very close by dirt lot for overnight parking. As stated in other reviews, docks 10 through 13 are fairly tight backing, but doable if you go slow and pay attention.
They didn't allow me on dock, and I found out at the delivery what a mess they created. They stole 2 ebars and 4 load locks. They used a couple of straps to secure the last 2 pallets but they didn't bother to use any airbags or straps to secure the middle pallets even though they loaded them single-double. All middle pallets shifted, and I had to pay $1450 for restacking, $240 to recover my locks and bars, and $4250 to repair a couple of wall panels after the e-tracks were snapped from the straps. Awesome place to pick up a load. Customer service fantastic. Quick in and out. Arrive early, no problem
Talk about HURRY UP AND WAIT. Not very efficient or organized when you need to make a delivery.
