It’s amazing how an efficient receiver/shipper makes a drivers day so much better. I arrived 30 minutes before my appointment time, and the office immediately assigned me a dock. I was instructed to back into the dock, and wait to open the doors. An employee came out (within 10 minutes), and told me to open the doors and finish backing in. He then loaded me (full trailer) within 30 minutes. He returned after loading me, and instructed me to proceed back to the office for my paperwork.
