She does not pick up the phone, or reply texts, she is good at her job, I hardly got my first appointment with her, after I made a second appointment she made a mistake and reschedule but I couldn't make it that day so I cancel 2 days before, after that no answer, how hard is to reply to your costumers?? I think that is unprofessional
