I like Alan as a person but I believe his business would benefit from training in dealing with people. He is easily flustered and prone to childish pouting. As is true with all mobile RV repair technicians he is very expensive. I prefer to pay by the job rather than by the hour that way there is no source of upset if you didn’t bring the right part or if you need to research how to do something on YouTube. Not enough stars, this guy was absolutely the b st tech I have ever seen. He confirmed appointment, showed up on time, diagnosed problem,had replacement parts with him and did not over charge me. Cannot say enough good about him, lucky to have this guy around. Thanks again Alan.
I HIGHLY recommend AM Mobile RV Service! Not only do I highly recommend, but Allen is the ONLY repair service I will use for my 5th wheel needs! Sorry serivce. Called an no answer. Then guy called back upset because I didn’t leave a voice mail. Poor customer service.
Y'all... you will never call another RV tech again. Allen is knowledgeable and keeps you posted with what he is doing and why. We had him out for AC repair and maintenance. Fair price and great work.
