PSA: DO NOT CALL THIS SERVICE! I called to have my front brake pads done and ended up with the “mechanic” putting my emergency brake on and now it’s stuck! Now he made it harder for me to drive since you’re not supposed to drive a vehicle with it on or it can lock up or catch on fire. When I contacted him 10 mins later about it, he said himself via text message that he put the emergency brake on and now I have to look up videos on how to release it. Like why am I doing his job?
