Adam is the best; Hands down. He has an incredibly professional demeanor and has always made me feel very comfortable in our sessions. He also just has the most amazing grasp of various massage therapy techniques. I have been seeing Adam for about 10 months now, for a weekly sports massage. By far the best therapist for an athlete. He is strong and has a good touch, sometimes I leave sore but always helps me fix any tightness, fatigue or muscle knots I have. Would recommend highly for anyone, especially a high performance athlete

Adam is great! I do strength training a couple times a week and end up really tight in my legs and shoulders. He’s able to find the areas that are most tense and applies the right amount of pressure to get them to release. I always walk out feeling taller
