Please, avoid renting from AM Management. Three moths after we moved out i got a bill from a collection company for $155 dollars - that we supposedly owed AM management, I was shocked because this was the first i had heard of it...i had been waiting for them to return my deposit! Apparently, they decided that they wanted to charge me over $300 for carpet cleaning (how is it that expensive!?!) plus extra charges for professional cleaners! so after they drained my deposit they sent the balance straight on to collections withou... read more
