Don't bother cleaning after move-out. $227 for "light cleaning". I left the place looking better than when I moved in.
My fiance and I have lived with AM Management for over two years, and my experience has been nothing but positive. Reading some of these other reviews truly makes me wonder if we are all talking about the same people… One thing I really appreciate is that they perform yearly apartment inspections to make sure everything is working properly and to identify anything that needs maintenance before it becomes a bigger problem.
