They mow and weed properly. Lawn looks good. Only issue is they do it biweekly which for my lawn the grass doesn't grow quick enough to warrant biweekly mows. They don't allow every 3 weeks or so. I have to manually request them to push it out to 3 weeks but they get upset if I request it multiple times in a row. They are a little pricey for my sized lawn $60. And it's not even over 1/4 acre. It's a small subdivision lot. The average I've seen is $40-50 for my lot. The customer service is good and they're very responsive.
Let me start by saying the work was impeccable. They showed up when they said they would and did a fantastic job. Now for the bad... I reached out and asked for a quote and as he should have, he said he needed to go look at it first. Two days later he emailed back and said it would be $100 for the lawn and shrubs. Again, this was fine, and I agreed. On the day of service they reached out and said it would be more than the quote. Long story short after a $100 quote (via email) the service was over $225.
