I am a licensed contractor and hired AM Innovaciones Y Proyectos Epoxi AM Corp to epoxy the entire home floors, approximately 4,614 sq ft for $40,000 which was paid. Here are the problems which still remain: -Linear drains throughout the property contain epoxy buildup that requires removal -Powder room toilet appears to have been epoxied to the floor, which may cause damage if the wax ring ever needs replacement. -There are noticeable swirl marks throughout the downstairs flooring.
