For years I had Russell’s Heating and A/C as my provider and was part of their monthly VIP program. Angel came out today to do my annual A/C check-up , explained the transition from Russell’s program to his program, and changed a High Voltage Controller for just over a few hundred dollars …..I could have filed a claim with my home warranty company -paid $100 service fee - and hoped they cover the part (big eye roll here )….Angel was so forthright and honest that I just had him go ahead and change the part.
