Ray and Irwin did me a big favor. Ray did major attic/roof/suntunnel/vent work for me a couple of years ago. I just wanted some advice on a sun tunnel issue and a check on the rest of the work. They fitted me in on a busy day and came and did a thorough check of everything. They carefully walked me thru it all (including with pics). They also answered my sun tunnel concern in detail. These guys know their stuff and are very thorough. I was lucky to have them.
Absolutely horrible company. We got our siding done, they cut the holes for our outdoor lights way too big and the siding started bowing due to the heat when the sun hits our house. We contacted AM group to ask them to fix the issues and it's been 5 months and we still haven't had anyone come fix it. Everytime we contact the company they keep saying "we expect someone to come by in a few weeks" well we've been asking since May and still are waiting half way through October. My initial experience with AM Group was positive - the fellow who provided the quote seemed knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy, and both my wife and I felt comfortable moving forward with AM Group. I ordered two doors and one window for my cottage in early August. They were supposed to be installed by mid October. Did not come until late November. One door was the wrong size the other door was the wrong colour. Window was ok. Winter arrived. Wrong size door was finally installed the following late spring. There was no caulking put around the outside of the door. I requested that someone come and caulk the door in early July. I did so again in early August. The quote was a little steep but said they could do an eavestrough job within 3-5 weeks. Salesman said he would do what he can do get me in at 3 weeks as I am on a timeline. Going on week 7 and no idea when they will come. I called the office twice and was told they would be at my house tomorrow. Moved all my vehicles out of the driveway for them and they never showed.
