The men who insulated my house did an awesome job. They were efficient and wasted on time in doing their work. They also did a great job of explaining what the entailed . The clean up was well done.
Contract signed and deposit paid to install Tuff Dek, install to be 6 weeks later. A few days prior to install we called with a question for the salesman, left several messages and finally got a call back from the office TWO DAYS prior to scheduled install. They told us our material choice was discontinued and they did not have it for the install!! We had paid two guys to take down our glass railings and move everything off the deck three days earlier. Undertaking refurbishment of an old gardening shed, we realized we needed two small lengths of flashing to cover gaps in the fascia boards. I went in with just a description of what we needed and Adam of AM Group Exteriors not only knew what we needed, but fabricated it for pickup the next day. We installed them yesterday. Great service and a great help to a local not-for-profit club like ours. Thanks for the help! Pictures coming when the project is finished...
The installers did great work! It was a complicated job to replace all the soffit, fascia and gutters. Lots of weird angles and pieces involved. Not to mention all the rain! They were respectful and good humoured. Took care not to wreck my plants and cleaned up everything afterwards. Very happy with their work. My only negative comment is that at no point has anyone from the company come to inspect the work and make sure everything was being done properly and/or finished to our satisfaction.
