Worst experience ever! Went in and test drove a Maverick. Brian the salesman outright lied to me about some things making false promises that he couldn't keep when I went in to sign the papers. Went elsewhere and bought a Maverick from a Ford Dealership that's honest and knows how to treat their customers. If I could give this a big FAT zero I would.
Brought my F150 in for a possible battery issue. Everyone from the service team, the mechanics, and shuttle drivers were all very professional, personable, and explained in detail what was being done and was done on the vehicle. Would recommend bringing your vehicle there. Excellent customer service.
We just brought a new truck and Brian Hawkins and Tim and Dan ashman made it mostly stress free and an exciting experience
Big thanks to David in service, his service manager and the techs that really went above to figure out my strange issue with my Ranger. First time there and Dan the owner dropped in to make sure I was looked after. Beyond happy!
