These people changed a whole side panel on my pool enclosure back when we had Hurricane Ian in August 2022 and they charged me pretty high I guess they were taking advance of vulnerable people and the situation and they got away with it, however, With this new hurricane Milton, the whole panel they replaced just 2 years ago fell down. They did a very lousy poorly job, they didn’t put enough support to the side panel and that’s why it fell down again DO NOT USED THIS PEOPLE, THEY DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!
Our original contact with AM Exterior Aluminum was not a good one. We contracted with Alberto Orellana of AM Exterior Aluminum, CO on November 5, 2022 after Hurricane Ian. He "misrepresented" himself as the owner of the company. We dealt with him for 9 months and had finally requested our full amount refunded as work was never started. We had Albert install a cage and lanai roof that was demolished from Hurricane Ian. The price was right, the timing was spot on and completion of the project was to the date promised. At this point, we were completely satisfied. We even recommended Albert to a neighbor who signed a contract with him for the same project. Contracted 3 months ago for pool cage with Alberto. Called 3 times this week for status update on start time and permit status. Still have no reply other than he s busy. Dissatisfied and want to cancel and get my deposit back.
