My air conditioning was broken for a week plus. Nothing was keeping my family and I cool during the hot month of September. Once AM Duct cleaning came they offered us portable air conditioners to keep my family cool after dealing with this bad heat. And on top of that it was free of charge to keep overnight while they were working on fixing it. Overall the communication between me and them were great. Definitely would recommend.****
