AM Construction is knowledgeable and experienced with roof construction with good integrity. I suspect they do exterior envelope projects well also, being into fundamentals. They did a fine asphalt shingle reroof for us in west plains Spokane. I was a roof designer in Alaska for 30+ years so knew I’d have to be persistent to find those 3 qualities and a reasonable price for a house project. AM is a certified Malarkey Roofing Products installer which is a compliment to AM.
Chris of AM Construction is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. He helped us through the process of Roof Replacement this past summer, and communicated what to expect along the way. AM Construction crew was very conscientious and courteous of our property. The roof and gutters look/work great, as expected. Thank you!
